If your counter is listed here and the record is wrong, or you've spotted a notary that closed, or you want to know what evidence we have for a specific listing — this is the line. We don't take phone calls (one-person operation, mostly async), but email comes through quickly.
What we can do
- Correct factual errors — wrong phone number, wrong address, wrong brand affiliation, closed location, name change.
- Update capabilities when you can point to a publicly-visible source (your website, your Google Maps listing).
- Remove a record at the owner's request, if you can verify ownership.
- Add a notary that we missed — if it has a public address, a phone number, and a working website or Google Maps page.
What we can't do
- Boost a listing's tier or rank without supporting public evidence.
- Sell sponsored placement — we don't have it.
- Quote shipping rates or check live signing-need availability — call the counter directly for that.
- Provide tracking on a parcel — we're a directory, not a signing-need or 3PL.
How to email us
Send the link to the listing you're writing about (paste the URL straight into the email), explain what's wrong or what you'd like changed, and include a publicly-visible source if you have one (your store website, your Google Maps page, a posted change). We read everything; we just can't always reply individually for confirmation. If something gets corrected on the next refresh, you'll see the change live without needing a back-and-forth.
For owners: if your counter is no longer in business, please email so we can drop the record promptly — leaving closed counters on the directory hurts everyone, including the notaries that are still operating.
